Try to change your DNS server addresses.
- Go to Network sign on taskbar near time.
- Right on it. and open "Open Network and Sharing Center".
- Now click Ethernet or whatever is written after Connection:______
- Now Click properties
- Now scroll down to IPv4 and double click it
- now enter the following information in it by enabling the option use fooling DNS server address.
- Enter preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
- Enter alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
Now Open your websites with https://_____
